MySQL problems?

My phpbb forum has stopped working! Is this a jodohost problem?

this forum runs from the same MySQL server. How are you connecting?

I've got to be honest with you, it's been so long since I looked at the MySQL settings that I can't remember! And now that it's down, I can't get into it to look at the settings within phpbb. It's been running with the same setting since I joined and set it up though.
