mySQL question II -- explain mySQL problem?

I am not a web hosting expert. Could you please explain in layman's terms what this would mean for my site.

If I were hosted on jodohost right now, would my Vbulliten be up?

Would I have had to make a change to the Vbulletin database or settings to keep the Vbulletin up?
 
That problem has been solved. What package are you interested in (linux/windows)?

Your vBulletin would be working without any issue
