Need to change username for Hsphere/ftp

Greetings. I recently uncovered a document describing how to change ftp/admin passwords from within HSphere. Unfortunately, what I need to do is change my username for these two, as the original username was merely for use during the trial period of hosting. Should I open up a ticket for this or is there some way I can accomplish this on my own?

To reiterate, I need to change my hsphere/ftp usernames. All other account info should be preserved.

Okay, so just to update, I talked to tech support and apparently it's nothing I can do on my own (makes sense.) I'll go ahead and submit a ticket regarding this.
