Network Outage DBs Still Down

Hello,

There was a recent network outage and this is discussed here in the Network Outages and Updates thread but it seems there is still an error that is not being updated. The DBs are not back online. The web sites are throwing an error and I cannot connect via MS SMS. Live chat rep can't see the issue. Is this being looked into?

Are you still facing this issue ? if yes, then please send us database details in ticket and we will check it.

There's no issue with network or SQL servers. if you are having an issue connecting via managmeent studio it could be an issue in the forwarding proxy to secure the sql connections either you could be blocked by systems there or another error but we'll need to know details in a ticket to check further.

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the late reply... I submitted a ticket and it was finally resolved an hour or so later. Ashwani helped with this as well.
