The reason I ask is that I've had a trouble ticket in for several hours now and the issue hasn't been resolved ( ISU-80168-689).​

I thought the new helpdesk would have additional tools like chat, etc that would help expedite resolution of issues..........​

Was thinking maybe I logged the trouble ticket on the wrong system?????​
