Nice Work!

    I am sorry I have been a pain in the butt, I have just started a new website and its hard to get going. Then I have to move to Linux and then back to Windows server because of a client that can't make up their mind.

    The support ticket system is really slow, being it takes over an hour for my ticket to even appear in my ticket history.

    But everyone in support seems to do a very good job at putting up with me on live chat and support ticket over and over again until this site is up and running.

    Thanks for all the help and putting up with me. This support has improved alot since I was here over a year ago.

    the ticket system isn't slow. We have close to 100 tickets submitted each day, and 99% of them come in fine.

    Seems either your ticket is getting caught up in the spamfilter or is not getting assigned to your account. Can you PM me the email address you send tickets from.

    I don't use my email address to send tickets, I use the website from the CP...
