In the event of not receiving a e-mail confirmation, after you add a new reply to a TT ... although it shows on Cerberus...

should we worry about it?
should we warn Support?

My concern is whether they received a warning of new reply for TT.

If it's showing on Cerberus I won't worry about it.Perhaps you email is filtering it out.maybe check you spam folder
