None of your Support Phone Numbers / Live Chat working

Hi There,

I don't know. I think i got comfortable with Jodohost that i din't notice. I have been a reseller of jodohost for almost 2 years now.

Today all of a sudden even after paying the monthly subscription just a week ago, they suspended the account with the reason "SUSPEND DEBTOR"
I have opened a ticket with regards to this issue (Ticket ID : CIR-34408-463)

As my client websites were also down, i frantically tried calling all available numbers on different parts of the website and all just rang and no one was there to respond.
Exact time : 19:15 - 19:30 (EST). Even there is no one in Live Chat.

The numbers that i tried :

1) 1-888-289-2246 - Just rang and rang and finally i was asked to leave a message. Tried 5 - 6 times.

2) (941) 876-6175 (Available 24x7) : Located here http://www.jodohost.com/contactus.php : Just rang and rang. No one to answer.

3) +91.11.40699200 : Located here : http://resellerdesk.jodohost.com : Again no response.

When did you people stop offering 24 X 7 support. I always thought you did.

Anyone, kindly look into the ticket mentioned above. Atleast unsuspend the account for now. I can send you the 2checkout receipt and other stuff and can be sorted out later.

Also you have a web-design issue.
Goto the below Contact Us page and click on Live Chat.

It takes you to the LIVEPERSON chat which you discontinued and went to livezilla.
Come on, its on CONTACT US page. That should have been working in the first place.

You still have a minor negative balance, I told the sales dept to unsuspend as it is so small.

The phone was not connecting when you called in, several staff tried to pickup but it would then disconnect. We have had some issues in recent weeks with the connection not sending one side of the conversation, I don't know if that is happening again right now or not. I don't have a signal to test from my phone at the moment.

Thank you very much for your quick response. The balance is just $0.50. That is too less to suspend an account in the first place that too a reseller account which never defaulted on payments for the last 2 years.

I was able to chat with your support now. As i said, i was clicking on the LIVE CHAT button located on your contact us page. It still doesnot work.

And regarding phones, i even tried the direct line of Delhi. That is also not working.

We didn't issue the suspend, Hsphere did this, and the limit is normally not that low. I am not sure why it decided to do that at this time.

2checkout payment may have cleared in posting a little late (which isn't really your fault sometimes their anti fraud dept takes a little long)

I'll may devs aware of the chat issue, Liveperson is not discontinued, but it is only used in emergency cases, and its link there is old.
