Not accessible from different connections?

I am hoping someone may have encountered this problem and can help.
I have a site which has existed for some time, hence propogation was long ago. I have a client who has loaded the page consistently for some time with no problem. They can no longer load the site when accessing from the regular URL. I can see it fine as can most other visitors. They are definitely on line. When they access via a IP address, no problem. When they access via a certain directory where I have place a redirect (within the same directory as the site), no problem, they view the site. It is as thought the actual URL they have been accessing the page via is blocked. They have had clients reporting the same problem. I have no problem viewing anything. I thought Spyware, so I have had them run Ad-aware, but the issue is still there. I can not fault whatsoever.

Could this be a proxy issue, a Internet Access Provider issue,???

I would appreciate any help or feedback on this one,

Thanks
Michael

Michael,

What happens when they request the site? Do they get a "Server Not Found" error, a 404 Page Not Found, or something else?

- most common was "can not find server"
page can not be displayed
page can not be found
cannot find server
sometimes it went to a search engine (why I thought suspicious)
Thanks
