William, there is absolutely nothing wrong with our MS SQL or website speeds. No other customer is complaining about it. MS SQL is on its own dedicated server.. I can only see a coding issue here

I have been very pleased with the Sql server performance...even during the past couple of weeks. Provided the site was up, then sql server has been very fast.
 
I can only confirm there is nothing wrong with MS SQL Server speed, or webserver speed for that matter.
I've seen some other problems, but none of them were performance related..
 
theres nothing wrong with jodohosts server or the coding of your website (iPortal)
but i see you are using an older copy of the portal.
download the latest version from aspinvision.com and reupload EVERYTHING and reinstall your database.. remember to set the strDbType to SQLServer
 
it looks like its only the front page who has problems!

you should have noticed that yourself and included that

all other pages(that i visited) loads fine..
its probably something with the default.asp page

this is not a jodohost problem.. the problem is on your side with default.asp
