Oracle and VPS

Hello

The ValueHost reseller plan gives 300 MB tablespace and 20 users of Oracle. Then below it states that additional Oracle 10g accounts will cost $15/customer/year. My question is

1. Everytime my new client signs up for Oracle I will have to pay $15/year even though I have got 300 MB free space and 20 free users?

OR

2. This $15/year is for each additional customer and I can create as many accounts as long as I do not cross the 300 MB free space and 20 free users limit? If I cross this limit not only I will have to pay $15/year/customer but for additional tablespace and users too?


ValueHost VPS plans states that 128MB of Memory and 20 free processes are available. Can I distribute this memory and processes among let's say 2 different customers for e.g.

Customer 1 gets
64 MB Memory
5 Processes

Customer 2 gets
64 MB Memory
10 Processes

A. Oracle 10g reseller services :

$15 is the annual account setup fees for Oracle database end user account irrespective of oracle tablespace and oracle users. So an individual oracle account creation will cost you $15/year.

B. Valuehost VPS :

Yes, you can distribute the vps resources in the manner specified by you.

Is Oracle available for all three Windows, CF and Linux?
