On the Reseller page , theres NO mention about the Setup fees for Oracle. However, when I was on chat with a sales exec, I was told that there is a One time setup fee of USD 15 per account...
I get to know that the "web page is under construction" as the reason for not mentioning the Oracle Charges...
I know its a petty amount..
However, the demand for Oracle Setup is low. So, this plan shift was made without keeiping in mind the Setup Charges. I do not see any request for Oracle Setup coming up on Virtual Hosting.
The page should inform the resellers about the same. When the Customer Plans page has the info, then why cant the reseller page have this info added?
