Outstanding Balance Notification

    Why do I sometimes get this. I've had the same credit card billing profile forever.

    My CC is automatically charged month after month after month then I get an email like this.

    I never know if it's a timing issue and it will be automatically deducted from my CC or if I should manually pay.

    Kindly re-enter your credit card information into your Hshpere control, because our system has failed to charge your credit card. Once you re-enter your credit card system will automatically charge your credit card for the negative balance.
