Paypal Acct Suspended, 2Checkout not sending $

    To Whom It May Concern:
    What is going on at Jodohost?
    First, we try to send you money via Paypal and it is cancelled by Paypal because your account has been suspended by them and you can no longer accept payments via Paypal. Then we send you money via the firm you recommended and now you say you have not received this money either. Sound strange to say the least...

    We sent an email to all about this, the issue with 2checkout we will be looking into but the issue with Paypal we are working to resolve, we have a very long standing account and they have limited access to it. We've been taking paypal for many years.

    yes the situation is strange, but not on our part, it is strange on paypal's part that they will make a move like this :(

    Bill Dept will work with you on this, the 2checkout method was really a temporary workaround at best.

    2Checkout wrote us today and verified the payment was delivered to JodoHost. We forwarded the email to your billing department. So it is up to your firm to find the money and to credit it to our account.

    They will do so, may just have to do it manually by a staff member with higher access to check on 2checkout payments, whom will be available on Monday.
