Can someone PM me when available to look into this, I cannot upload a needed app file so the site is non functional.

Ticket system is down and live chat support is extremely busy... no pick up.

Yes chat is very busy, as am I calling, emailing, helping with support. Been a bad day here, I am having a unix tech check it, its not normal to do support in such way, and I know you would not normally, but today is not a nromal day :(
