PHP installed as module

Any chance of getting PHP installed as a module rather than in CGI mode on a windows server?

I am running InvisionPowerBoard and have run into some problems. They indicated that PHP performs better as a Windows module rather than CGI mode.

Paul - wouldn't it be better to run IPB on a Linux server? I'm no expert on this stuff but I always thought PHP/MySQL open source stuff was ideally suited to Apache on a Linux server.

I think you are correct that it would run better on a Linux server. What is holding me back in the need to integrate some ASP.NET code with the PHP bulletin board. If necessary, I'll migrate the site and the other code to PHP on a Linux server.
