I've tried live help twice - it's my problem w/ configuring outlook so I can't receive or send emails. I use outlook - I can ping the mail server and the test account says it can find server but it says that there is no response from the server on the incoming. On the outgoing it says that it's unable to connect to the outgoing server.
So is this a bellsouth issue for me? I've tried to authenticate, etc.
