name servers ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com are created at Domain Registrar. Most domain registrar provide this free.

You also create these name servers in your Reseller Admin CP. Dedicated IPs are allocated when you create in CP at JodoHost. You use these IPs and enter at Domain Registrar CP
