Problem with backing up VPS

i logged into my Virtuozzo Control Panel and clicked on the maintenance button to check on my backups. it initially showed on full backup and two incremental backups (the last incremental was performed a few months ago), but at the top of the screen it said "You have reached maximum allowed number of backups.To make new backup you should remove older one or renew it."

and so i did. i removed the last incremental backup, and it still says i have reached the maximum. what gives?
 
ok, i think i figured out my problem. is it correct that you are only allowed 1 VPS backup at a time? including 1 full backup and then additional incremental backups?
 
Submit a ticket with your VPS ID we'll check it. Should be able to do more than that, but there has been an issue with the backups not showing recently and we are working on a fix for that tonight on winvps23, will do it cross more if it works right
