PTR needed

One of my clients has problems sending emails. They are returned saying

213.189.198.26 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Your host [64.71.229.240] doesn't have correct PTR record;

Is setting up a PTR record something which you can do?

Please open a support ticket with mention domain name and all details.

We provide rDNS (PTR) on mail servers and VPS solutions, other servers need to mail through the SMTP Authentication to be sure their mails go out with rDNS/PTR and deliverable.
