Question about sessions

It seems that my session counter is "stuck" or something. It's been over a hundred (which it occassionally does) but it doesn't seem to go down by more than a few, and continues to climb. Sometimes I can attribute this to a lot of traffic, often created by web crawlers, but it's been consistently over 100 for several days.

Is there some way (other than reboot the server, or some other drastic action) to reset the sessions back to zero?

Well, my site is down (I thought these troubles on Win5 were supposed to be fixed?). I put in a ticket. I'll see if my sessions are reset when it comes back up.

Yep, site just came back up, sessions were all killed (as well as all my users getting booted off in prime time). Kind of drastic, but it worked.
