Question about static ip address

Ok, I'm trying to answer a potential customer's questioning regarding wanting an IP address - I offered a static IP, but their next question was:

"he wanted to know was if they could have their own IP address? They deal with hospitals and need to be able to send emails to them. Our current IP is blocked at at least 1 hopsital because there is another site on the same IP that sells weapons. Anyway so they wanted their own IP address.... is this possible?"

Can someone possibly help me understand what it is they want?

IP address will be static - ie not changing however they are asking for a dedicated IP address. You have the option of providing one to them (ie they are the only ones to use that IP) through your control panel - you have a certain amount under your reseller plan - after your limit I think they are something like 50cents per month extra.

edit: in your control panel under domains -> edit domain is where the open is to change from shared IP to dedicated IP
