to get the money i earn, i have to signup for an account with paypal, worldpay or whateva right?

if yes, which is the best to use?

We are using paypal and 2checkout.

so which is the best? paypal? ive heard alot of them, but i have no clue about things like this..
 
and another question..

if i signup for a paypal account and nothing else, is then paypal the only system my customers can pay with?
 
You can accept payment even manually by check.

And no, you can accept multiple gateways. When customers signup, they are given a choice of a gateway to pay by.
 
I apologize for re-animating this thread, but according to h-sphere, the version 2.5 accepts PayPal as a merchant gateway.

Is there a chance that we will get 2.5 soon?

Of course, but only after it goes final and other hosts have taken the plunge. Any major release by PSOFT is bound to have problems, and we wait and watch before upgrading
