Resolve Ticket

    Please resolve my ticket number 40682. This will be the second time since the crash a few days ago. The work was done, and my site WAS working fine. I need it resolved ASAP. And I want an answer concerning what happened to these basic Perl modules like DBI.

    I did not notice this recent error. A prospective client (now gone) did. Your services are advertised very cheap, but for me, it's costing a fortune. X(

    Yes, your complaint is about missing Perl modules

    It appears that PSOFT reinstalled Perl on Win5 to correct Awstats that may have affected the modules. They are being reinstalled

    Please give a standard time-frame of 1 to 2 hours for tickets to be resolved before posting at the forum. Our staff gets back to them fairly quickly

    Infact, your modules have already been reinstalled.

    If its an emergency and something needs to be done quicker than an hour, you can always give us a call.
