Retroactively apply limits

Hi,

For one of our plans we set the maximum disk space to 500 MB. After a particular account was set up, we changed it to 1 GB for all accounts using that plan.

In that account's end user control panel we changed the allowed space to be the higher amount but we still get overlimit notifications.

Is there any way to retroactively apply limits so that this account has the proper amount of disk space?

Plan changes doesn't affect existing account. And there are 2 separate disk related quotas to consider:
1. Summary disk quota
2. FTP quota.

You probably changed 1, but 2 is still left. It can be changed from menu 'FTP User/Account -> FTP User'.
