Reverse DNS problem- resolved

our Reverse DNS provider seems to be experiencing problem. This may cause delay in SMTP connections to mail servers. We expect the problem to resolve soon.

This only impacts cluster1 mail servers. We are trying to reach them but they are entirely down, since it is reverse DNS it depends on their DNS servers to be reachable for rDNS to work for us. All our equipment, servers, and connections are up fully.

rDNS is working once their connection returned now.
