What do you consider slow? I am constantly getting times of 10 seconds or more between pages after I click. I can put in a ticket if you'd like. I'm running IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158.Yash said:It's working fine at the moment
there may be moments where you may find it slow
We are working to optimize this.
I did submit a ticket and am trying to get the actual IE version from the support person. I am using IE6.xx.x.xxxxxxx whatever (I put it in the ticket) but when I asked what version they were running where they said it worked fine, all I got back was IE 6.0. This makes it incredibly difficult to identify the root cause. I provided a tracert as requested but I know that is useless as I have no problems getting to any other JH service.Atul said:Our staff is logged into the Cp 24x7 answering tickets.
I usually get load times of a few seconds. If you have noticed the problem on any specific page or performing a specific task, please open a ticket
Thanks to a 5 minute conversation from a former customer here, we identified that the slowness if because I was configured to use "Xpressia" which apparently has rendering problems with IE. Changing to "Xpressia Lite" has resolve the slowness and now everything is very very fast.Atul said:Our staff is logged into the Cp 24x7 answering tickets.

Now you are aware of at least one incident that was slowness and no freezing.Yash said:The only issue we were aware of with Xpressia was that IE can freeze. Not any slowness and I dont experience any slowness with firefox on the Xpressia design
Perhaps the roolback to Patch 1 with HSphere compounded the problem.Stephen said:I knew that xpressia was slow before, but thought it had been resolved.
Xpressia and Xpressia Lite both look so similar it is hard for us to tell what is being used. Some resellers have pretty highly modified the colors and settings on their control panels and it is easy to overlook something like a theme.
