Scripts won't execute on server?

When I try a script on the new linux server I get this on the browser:

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with a program on the page you are trying to reach, and the page cannot be displayed.

I tried chmod on the directory and the file and tried moving the file to the cgi-bin directory. Neither worked. Thanks for any help you can offer :)
 
Yes, you need to do something extra on Linux

1) Click on your Domain in the CP
2) Click on Edit Web Options
3) Click on "Apply Server Changes:
4) Wait 15 minutes

I figureed out what's wrong. It's hasn't totaly transfered the domain. ceditpro.com works fine but www.ceditpro.com is still going for the wrong place. Sorry to of bothered you :)

Lol, it happend to me too, I figured it out only when I deleted the old site... A whole day though was battling and trying to understand what the heck is going on :)
