Secondary mail server

In an announcement Yash stated:

Resellers must first create the mail2.yourdomain.com alias from Reseller Admin CP > E.Manager > Server Aliases.

In my admin panel I can see an option to add an alias, what am I doing wrong?

Can anyone help me with this. I only have 1 mx record, so if the mail server is down are we losing email?

Getting a bit worried now.
 
Once you create it from server aliases, log into your end-user account and enable relay mail server for all your mail domains. Make sure relay mail server is enabled from plan settings

You are losing emails. But do this now and the 2nd MX record would be added immediately

It also says:

"shared customers must go into their control panel and enable mail relay on each of their domains from Mail Manager"


I do not see this option in the mail manager. Should I just add the second MX record manually?
