secondary name servers

i'd like to improve my hosting setup a bit; right now, both my name servers are sitting on the same VPS server, which isn't really the way it should be done. I don't want to pay a whole lot for a second hosted server somewhere to act strictly as a secondary name server, but there does not seem to be anybody out there offering a barebones hosted name server solution.

Anybody have experience setting up a something like this? Ideally I'd like a secondary name server set up on an IP address completely unrelated to the jodohost series of IPs.

there is zoneedit that does some free, then some paid

there is also DNsMadeEasy that I know some clients use and really like, it comes out to about $60 a year for the amount of domains you have, and that includes some monitoring services and dns failover as well.

Thx much for the lead to dnsmadeeasy -- their services look perfect for what I need, and their offerings of mail failover servers is an excellent add-on for my clients.
