With A reseller account . . .
I am looking for a "secure" server before I commit to an provider.
1) Can you provide documentation of 3rd party testing showing that your servers are secure?
2) Can I have permission to do a scan of one of your servers to determine open ports?
3) How often are website backups conducted?
4) Can I have a website restored?
 
1) We have no 3rd party documentation. But we have a trained and experienced team of administrators that ensure our servers remain secure
2) You could. But since we allow Passive FTP, you won't find all ports blocked
