'Service Unavailable' error message

I was going to post that I couldn't get to my site because of a 'Service Unavailable' message, but after a couple of minutes it came back online. So I didn't bother. But not I am getting it again, so my site is offline. I just got home so I don't know how long this may have been going on this evening. I just tried reaching my site again (to see if it cleared up), but now I'm getting a "Cannot find server" error.

Are you guys rebooting IIS, the server, or what is happening?
 
Just to reassure you here, I had recently logged onto you site and it was up, the service unavilable was because the IISCrashHang debug agent was uninstalling and required all IIS to shut down for that to happen, then a reboot.
 
Thanks for the quick responses and explanation. I kind of figured it had to do with a reboot or something the first time, but got a little concerned when it happened a second time, especially since this isn't the first day I've run across this error.
