Service Unavailable

I have a website that is hosted in win26, the site is almost down for 20 days now due a problem with Service Unavailable error. The problems happens frequently with other error that connection interrupted. The site is working on the same server since 12/2008 without any changes in the source code for at least the last 4 months. all the problem raised suddenly.
I have asked to move the site to its own application pool and got the confirmation it was done but the problem still happens.
Am I the only one having issues with that server? and what to do to solve that error?

Plesae open a support ticket with your domain name or update your ticket . So that we can investigate your issue.

Hi arijeetneogi, I do already have 2 open tickets RS #HIV-71902-961 and RS #ONZ-63746-292 which is open since 24 may 2009 and the problem still happens
