Setting Default HTML Page for a folder?

Where can you set the default page to be laoded for a folder? Looking for change it to login.aspx but can't seem to find where this is done.

EDIT - Found it. Directory Indexes.
 
go onot web settings and down the bottom there is directory indexs, after selecting the domain if applicable

write the list as shown for what you wish ie
#
login.aspx
login.html

etc
