setting up sub-domain

hi guys

i want to setup a sub domain for a site, but am not sure -
1) how to work it with folders (in the actual design), ie - how do i work the relative/absolute links to point there...

2) and also to set it up in the CP.

any tips?

1. In H-sphere file structure, the subdomain is treated as a totally different site, a separate IIS entry for the subdomain is created and a separate folder by the name of domain.yourdomain.com is created under the same FTP account as for the domain for which you have added the domain. You can use the same webservices options for the subdomain as you do it for a standalone domain. So the lnks can be redirected/addressed to http://domain.yourdomain.com.

2. From the Cp you need to go to the domain settings for the domain for which you need to add the subdomain, click on add subdomain link and specify the name you want without any .com/.net/.biz extensions.
