Several Windows Sites Slow

I have several Windows sites that are very slow now. I have submitted tickets, but that hasn't helped.

Ticket PWX-16643-902 and AGI-64083-426.

Is anyone else experiencing this slowness?
 
Another reply to a ticket and another let down.

Now, it's taking over 12 seconds to get a response from the server.
 
We are fighting off a lot of attacks right now filters going in place some may be seeing some issues from that, but the attacks are worse, should be looking a lot better now.
 
Also on this one, we are syncing it every few minutes to another server to ensure it is ready if the RAID breaks again, so it may be adding a little load, I will watch it more closely next sync as well.
