I am in the process of signning up one of my clients to use your Gold hosting service. While I was doing the set-up, I got as far as processing my payment through Pay Pal. At the end of that process, the nextscreen said it was done processing, but the screen did not paint anything. My question is how do I now link my payment and continue the set-up process. I would like to do this ASAP. as we are scheduled to go live on May 31st.

That is great. Hopefully, you noticed that there were to monthly payments. How do I now continue the process of set-up? The domain name is "thegrovehoa.com"

Once you account has been activated, you'll receive an email with all the details of your new account

Since our network came under attack a few hours ago, we are not activating new accounts for the next few hours. We just want to make sure everything is stable and we have full network capacity before putting new customers onto the servers
