Signup Charge = ?

Hiya,

I'm just testing signing up for a 1 year package through my plans, and when it gets to the end, it says the following;

YOUR TOTAL SIGNUP CHARGE EQUALS

It doesn't state how much the person needs to send by Cheque.

I also noticed that it doesn't show the address of where the person needs to send the Cheque too.

Also, the email shows as this;

Please print out this message and send it along with payment to:

We will notify you as soon as your payment has been received and processed. At that point, you will be able to access your account through the Control Panel.

Is this something JodoHost can look into for me please?

I also noticed that it doesn't show the address of where the person needs to send the Cheque too.

Thanks, but I thought that it should use default H-Sphere text setups;

"If you leave the boxes empty, the system will use default H-Sphere texts."


Do you know how I would specify the technical support info?

And also the total amount to pay when the user is signing up?

"YOUR TOTAL SIGNUP CHARGE EQUALS"

If anyone else has the same problem with the signup text, myself and Amit found that it was due to IE. FireFox showed the statement fine, but my IE didn't.

I'll have a look into the settings, and see what could be causing it.
