Slow Ticket Response?

I submitted a ticket 3.5 hours ago that one of my client sites was down due to PHP memory limit being exceeded. We have still not received a response.

Ticket number is KUY-70724-590.

How do these get prioritized. It seems that sometimes we get a very quick response. When other times, it takes hours and hours for the simplest of requests.

This client's site has been down for over three hours waiting on this.
 
Best to go to chat to bump a ticket priority, right now it is holiday in India, Wednesday being Holi, it is also Holiday week here, but I am working extra, not less.....

We are working to answer tickets on priority basis, but may need to bump it by chat, and we do appreciate you putting in a ticket first.
 
Thanks, Stephen. Still no response, but seems to be resolved. I think we're out of the woods for now. I appreciate your reply.
 
It isn't fully resolved, seems that module takes up lots of memory, Sachin has been checking it and working on it however, even if not replied.
