SMTP connection problems on mail2

Customer whose account is on mail2 (relay to mail4) cannot make an SMTP connection. Anyone else having problems?
 
We have stopped mail replay servers. So you can turn off relay option under hsphere control panel for domains.

Can you open a ticket with domain name which one getting SMTP connection problem. We will update you in your ticket.
 
Ticket was replied to but problem wasn't fixed. I have reopened the ticket and asked that you be given the info.
 
The problem is that your IP is in the spamhaus PBL, we are checking on this and working to resolve it.
 
Any idea why this affects only mail I try to send from a particular account?

If I send email using any of my other Jodo accounts, there is no error, no Spamhaus message, everything works fine.
