Hi, im still waiting some solution to this situation, its important to avoid this kind of issues, due to affect a lot of our work.

Yes it is important to avoid this, it is important for everyone to police signups and act on spam notices when we send them too. We hate having to suspend resellers becasue they don't check their billing profile mail and keep unsuspending spammers, but it happens far too much.
