Some SQL Server Questions....

Got a couple of quick SQL Questions...

1) Is Full Text Searching Enabled?
2) How do you guys handle SQL Backups? Is it only done in case of drive failure or is there some daily scheme whereby we can have DBs restored if necessary?

2> We take daily backups of the databases and if you need a restore, just submit a trouble ticket giving the DB details and someone from support will do it.
