SpamHaus blocking two subnets

SpamHaus is blocking two /24 IP blocks that belong to us (about 500 of our 4000+ ips), once again because of spam reports originating from outside our IP range.

We are taking this issue up with spamhaus and with the IP owners of the range responsible for the spam. We are hoping these two blocks get unlisted within the next 12 to 18 hours. Since its currently 12:15am, we do not expect a response from Spamhaus till business hours in the morning.

None of our mail servers are affected by this. So all emails should and will be delivered fine. Some of our Windows servers have IPs in this range. We recommend customers use our mail servers to send out email from their web scripts. This has always been the recommended way of doing it, as is far better than using local SMTP.

We deeply apologise for this issue, and are as frustrated as you are about it.
