SQL1 Server allocation problem?

I think there is a problem with SQL Server 1. I get this error when trying to post from my forum. I put in a ticket (41288 ), but thought it might be affecting other users.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Servererror '80004005'

Could not allocate space for object 'tblxxx' in database 'db_name' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full.

This is a transaction log error, check PM.

I have corrected it.
