SSL on wincf

I was just now informed by Live Support that I must reinstall all the SSL Certs for secure server access to sites I have hosted on wincf following the server change out...
 
We unfortunately do not keep backups of SSL certificates, especially the private keys at the moment for security reasons..

I apologise for this. However this is a backup policy we have made known from the start
