"submit URL" option in CP

The couple of times I've tried nearly all the submission requests failed. I never bother any more.

Is there a way to turn this feature off, so our clients don't try to use it and then put in a support ticket thinking it is supppose to work.

I didn't see the option in the admin panel under plans.
I have seen this on the forums.

Psoft said to delete it form the global template, the issue then is that any update, it is back again.
Maybe there next update, they will remove it. Let's hope... I see Support tickets coming from clients and why it don't work any day now... LOL 8)
