Support Center vs. Anonymous Support

Forgive me if this has been brought up, I tried searching for it.

My users find it confusing that there is a Support Center / ticketing system in Control Panel that they aren't supposed to use. And then a seperate ticketing system (the anonymous support) at another site.

Is there anyway to have the CP Support Center link go to the anon ticket system? If not, can I at least delete any reference to the Support Center?

I can't be the only one with this problem? How do you guys solve it?

Yes, you can do it.

There is an option of "support Selector" while you create plans, check it.
Also, as a reseller you have to configure your Cerberus in your Admin control panel at :

3rd Party Tools -> Hsphere Templates-> Support selector.
 
Should this work immediately after making the setting? Because I placed my support center URL in all three fields and user accounts still access the old screens...

bradovich: there are two steps:

1) 3rd Party Tools -> Hsphere Templates-> Support selector

enter URLs here

2) plans > edit > check 'support selector'

changes are instant, users don't even need to log back in to see changes
