Support for resellers and their clients.

Is it true that you will be providing support for resellers and their clients?

What is the time frame of this if that is the case?

Will there be an added fee for this service?

Will the resellers clients know its you supporting them or will it be branded?

3) Yes, you'll be charged a nominal fee (around $1/month per customer). Details will be announced when support is officially announced
4) Support will be anonymous, they wont know its us
 
Is this voluntarily or do we need to make use of it and be charged $1 per month, kind of stealth tax?
 
We have not yet decided pricing of it. If offered for a fee, a reseller will have an option to opt out.

Hi Atul.

Are you any closer to determining if you will charge for the customer support service? It would be helpful to know this because then I can adjust my pricing structure to accomodate for this (I'm working out the pricing for each plan right now).
