Support Hours of Operation

What are the hours that support is available (in Pacific time, if possible)? I have been trying to get my site transferred onto Win1 since this morning (local time), and it is now almost 11:00 pm and still no working site at the new location. Someone was supposedly working on database issues, but I haven't heard anything for about 3 hours now, and I sent in a request for a status update about one hour ago to see if someone was still working on it. Someone definitely made changes to my database, but it was left in an unusable condition.

Am I wasting my time sitting in front of my PC waiting for hours for a resolve? Or is there someone in support at this time of day?

My site has been unusable now for about 12 hours or more today due to this move. Not to mention I actually took a day off work to make sure it was done before the deadline.

Also, when is my site supposed to be available on the new server after a move? I was told it would be very shortly after the database shift, which is now about 10 hours ago (from the first attempt anyway). When I go to the URL I still end up in the old location.

I'm very sorry about this. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

What has happened is that your database was no longer being recognised in the control panel. We had to contact PSOFT to try fixing that but their support is rather slow and we haven't received a response yet.

We've transfered your entire database (with SPs) to a database called *_changes2. Your username *_admin is no longer available in the control panel but it exists with the same password. Please continue to use this username and ignore the *_admin2 username

Yes, the database is now working, and everything on the site appears to be working now with just a little bit of tweaking due to the change in database name. Thanks.

However, I am still waiting for my URL to actually point to my website on the new server. When I reported that it was not pointing to the correct server this morning, I recieved a reply that it was, even though it wasn't. Sent a reply back pointing out my real website address resolved to the old server's IP, and the moved site's IP was completely different since it was in a new location. That was one and half hours ago. I presume someone is looking at it. Still waiting... Meanwhile no one has been able to visit my site since early yesterday.

I can't even log onto my own forum. Presumably because the temporary site URL being different. Guess I'll found out when the URL is working.
