support problem?

Can somebody check why I have on my support ticket

DEG-82693-883

no answer now since 72 hours, even I was promised on Live Chat 48 hours ago that somebody would look at it!

Any problems with that ticket showing up in the Support Queue?

Hello,

We have been short staffed, and are just now getting back to full staffing levels. However, there was some confusion about the ticket as you said it could be closed, and I have moved it back to the active ticket queue now.

A tech should look into it in the next 4-5 hours now, this will most likely take a level 3 tech.

Yeah, thought that something went wrong with the ticket queue...partially my fault, sorry about that...
